Pyrogel® easy to handle rolls & customized parts

As dealer and converter of one of the most efficient industrial insulation products in the world, the Insulcon group is able to deliver Pyrogel® products in easy-to-handle rolls (16 kg) and as customized pre-cut parts for all kinds of insulation applications.

Pyrogel XT-Plus (XTE) with a maximum use temperature of 650°C is 2-5 times thinner than competing insulation products. Pyrogel XT Plus (XTE) is extremely hydrophobic and breathable. By keeping the underlying asset drier for longer, Pyrogel XT Plus (XTE) offers world-class leading CUI (Corrosion under insulation) defense.
The material is being used in hot piping and equipment, distillation towers, reactors, vessels, tanks, low- and high-temperature ducts and fire protection.

In our production plant in Steenbergen we can process Pyrogel® to all kind of customized shapes and dimensions, particularly "lobster tails" for pipe bends insulation.
Next to the standard rolls we also deliver more user-friendly mini-rolls with a length of 10,7 meter and 16 kg weight, so easy to handle and very efficient.
