Insulcon is one of the largest distribution and manufacturing companies in the international high temperature insulation and refractory market. Due to our large stock and own production equipment, most of our products are available at short notice.

We house several conversion departments specialized in the manufacturing, conversion and assembling of high temperature resistant end products, completely according to customers' specifications.

Due to the continuously changing markets and demands of our customers, the Insulcon Group continuously invests in several production facilities, such as CNC milling machinery, computerized cutters for fabrics, automatic die-cutting machines, a fully operational textile and vacuum forming plant, a sewing workshop and sawing equipment. Because of this we are able to manufacture tailor-made, durable, high temperature resistant products and systems for almost any application.

Vacuum formed products such as Insulvac®

Various shapes (such as peepholes and burner blocks), thicknesses, densities and qualities up to 1600°C are manufactured in-house.

CNC production processes like cutting and milling

Innovative production processes enable us to manufacture a wide range of systems and solutions that are an answer to many issues which our customers face. All our products are manufactured and converted using the latest technology and CNC machinery.

A wide range of heat resistant insulation and sealing materials are custom made, such as twisted ropes, fibre ropes, braided and knitted packings and sleeves, woven and knitted tapes as well as cloths.

Mouldables and patching compounds like Insulmould® mouldables

We manufacture a complete range of mouldables and patching compounds up to 1700°C, which are used as expansion joint filling and for general refractory repairs.
